Baby Bermuda™ grass has long been the choice Sports turfgrass,
because of its low maintenance with sunny
conditions.
Baby Bermuda™ grass is known for its drought,
salt and wear tolerance. It is quick to establish and to
recover
from
injury. Hybrid Bermuda™ has one of the fastest
rates of lateral growth, yet it is not a heavy thatch producer. Baby
Bermuda plants are successfully propagated as sprigs (Thizomes,
stolons and stems) or as sod. Baby Bermuda™ is one
of the best varieties for high use athletic surfaces, it
is often
used on football and soccer fields, golf course fairways
and tees. Baby Bermuda™ is characterized
as having a dark green color, this semi-dwarf Hybrid Bermuda
has
very fine blades and exhibits earlier spring green up than
common
bermuda. Hybrid Baby Bermuda™ grows best in hot climates
with temperatures in excess of 90 degrees F.
